From July 18 to 20, 2025, in order to enhance team cohesion, stimulate employee potential, and forge a spirit of collaboration, TOPDISK carried out a team building activity with the theme of “Strive to Surpass”.
Day 1
On the morning of July 18, all colleagues started the first day of team building. After a three-hour drive, everyone arrived at the Yingxi Peak Forest Scenic Area, known as the “Little Guilin of Yingxi”, with excitement, excitement and anticipation. Accompanied by the picturesque scenery, the most exciting team building activities officially began.
At the beginning of the activity, the coach first led everyone to do warm-up exercises and livened up the atmosphere; after explaining the rules of the competition, the team was divided into eight teams; after confirming the process of the activity, everyone was full of passion and looked forward to the next series of itineraries.
The highlight was the canoeing competition. All teams were eager to try, and the sound of oars and laughter could be heard on the lake. The team members worked together, whether paddling hard at the start of the competition or cutting through the waves in the sprint stage, showing unparalleled team tacit understanding and bringing each other closer.
As night fell, the bonfire party ignited the enthusiasm of the whole audience! With beautiful scenery and delicious food, colleagues sat in a circle, reviewed and shared the performance and feelings of each team, and the laughter and firelight intertwined, creating a warm and enthusiastic atmosphere.
At the meeting, everyone laughed and drank together, and became closer. In this happy night, we also held a surprise birthday session for those who had their birthdays recently. In the end, everyone ended the first day with a happy mood and a fruitful harvest!
Day 2
On the second day, everyone welcomed the more challenging 17-kilometer hike in Yingxi Peak Forest. In the morning, the team shuttled between the peaks and forests. Along the way, the greenery was lush and the strange peaks and rocks were breathtaking. The 17-kilometer journey not only tested physical strength, but also teamwork and persistence.
During the hike, everyone was striving to be the first, chasing and encouraging each other, maintaining a strong fighting spirit, and showing everyone’s determination to go all out and strive for the first place. No matter the fatigue or heat, sweat or pain encountered on the road, they did not stop the heroes, and everyone chose to persist and move forward hand in hand. The tasks set by the coach were also completed one by one with the tacit cooperation of the team. “No one can be left behind” was the consensus of each team.
After more than 5 hours, all eight teams arrived at the finish line as scheduled and successfully completed their hiking goals.
After a break, the closing dinner brought the team building to a climax.
At the dinner, in addition to wonderful performances, there was also an exciting award ceremony. The atmosphere of joy and enthusiasm came one after another, with climaxes and excitement.

At the banquet, everyone shared delicious food and toasted each other, creating a warm atmosphere. The organizing committee also prepared exciting games to make everyone have more fun.
Day 3
At the end of the team building, the friends formed teams freely, explored and appreciated the beautiful scenery, and brought the event to a successful conclusion with laughter and joy!
This team building event allowed the hard-working employees to relax, slow down, and get closer to nature. It not only enhanced communication among colleagues and strengthened team cohesion, but also inspired everyone’s love for life and work. In the future, everyone will devote themselves to work with a fuller spirit and a more positive attitude, strive to surpass, reach new heights, and contribute to the high-quality development of TOPDISK. We firmly believe that with the joint efforts of all colleagues, we will usher in a brighter tomorrow!
